ROTA2+

The ROTA2+ is a versatile and low cost 1 and 2 color printing machine, its compact construction substitutes the printing blanket for a roller and allows the machine to be easily adapted into any existing production line. e.g. in front of an allready existing stenter frame or dryer. The magnet system is adjustable and easy to operate to guarantee homogeneous penetration on all of the fabrics extension even on wide printing processes up to 3.20m. The closed construction heads are driven individually on both sides and support repeats from 640mm to 1200mm. All adjustments and pre-memorized print designs are accessed through a Touchscreen and are computer controlled. State of the art technology, robustness and quality construction have made the ROTA2+ a perfect investment for quality 1 or 2 color print-jobs.

Coating technology: The ROTA2+ can be upgraded to become an all around coating machine ready to produce technical textiles. Upgrades include a doctor blade, air knife and roll-on system witch allow the machine to coat with liquids, foams and pastes besides another technologies such as bonding, dying and blackouts.
